Sinopsis Synopsis

Huelva (provincia del sur de Andalucía, España) sufrió una dura represión por parte de los sublevados durante los años de la guerra civil y a posteriori. A pesar de que en el mes de Agosto de 1936 ya no hubo contienda en la provincia, más de 8000 desaparecidos y 126 fosas identificadas.

Una carta de despedida, lugares de represión, historias de vida de represaliados a través de los relatos de sus hijas e hijos; crean un relato para que NO HABITE EL OLVIDO.

Huelva (a province in the south of Andalucía, Spain) suffered a harsh repression from those who revolted during the years of the civil war and afterwards. Even though during august 1936 there were no more disputes in the province, there were more than 8000 missing people and 126 graves uncovered.

A farewell letter; places of repression; stories of the lives of victims of reprisals narrated by their children; create a tale so that WHERE OBLIVION MAY NOT DWELL.

Biografía Biography

Fotógrafa Freelance. Licenciada en Ciencias de la Información, rama Imagen y sonido por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid 1992. Experta en técnicas de realización de documentales TV por la misma Universidad.

Gestora cultural de FESTCOMARCASPHOTO (festival de internacional fotografía y artes visuales. www.festcomarcasphoto.com).

Promotora y Directora de creativa WOFESTHUELVA (muestra de cine realizado por mujeres. www.wofesthuelva.es). Socia fundadora de la asociación INvisible, el periodismo visible que transforma el mundo.
Exposiciones fotográficas recientes: DONDE NO HABITE EL OLVIDO exposición individual, con la que ganó el premio de fotografía Humanitaria Internacional Luis Valtueña 2022. GALERÍA DE ESPEJOS colectiva CENTRO ANDALUZ DE FOTOGRAFÍA, comisariada por Juan Manuel Bonet y organizada por el centro andaluz de fotografía. ¿MI ABUELO EL ESPÍA? Tras las huellas de William Martin, exposición individual. Cuaderno Kursala nº. Directora del Encuentro Directores de fotografía de la Universidad Internacional de Andalucía 2022, y este 2023 Directora del Encuentro Directores de Arte en la Universidad Internacional de Andalucía, dentro del Escuela Iberoamericana de Cine.
